Full fibre 150 slow speed on PC but high speed on tablet & phone

Hi,

I've just got FF 150 installed and it works fine on my phone and tablet getting about 140mbs. However on my PC I got only 2mbs. I contacted sky and they suggested splitting into 2.4ghz and 5ghz channels and trying that. I did that and the 5ghz channel didn't show up so I bought a new wireless dongle and now I'm getting about 20 mbs. So I'm still nowhere near the 150 I should be getting.

Any help would be appreciated

Some further info would help

- What model of PC is it?

- How far is the PC from the router?

- What Wireless dongle did you buy for it?
