Full Fibre Slot Not Available to Sky but ok for BT customer
Openreach have told me that full fibre is now available to my house. Sky sent me an email the same day with a 150 offer. However, when they rang them they said that there are no slots 'in the cabinet'. Does this mean I can't get FF? A neighbour contacted his broadband provider (BT) the day after me and was logged in for a connection immediately.
Do BT keep most slots for BT customers? How long am I likely to have to wait? Thinking of traing Sky BB in early and going back to BT.

Sorry, but is that for please? I'm not a techie, just someone trying to find out why Sky won't connect me to full fibre when a BT neighbour can.

Re: Full Fibre Slot Not Available to Sky but ok for BT customer
Thanks
I've just spoken to a Sky operative who advised me to ring back in July when they're hopeful that a slot will be available via Sky.
Thanks for your help.

Thats good news hopefully. As i said once you move to fttp the slots in the cabinet cease to be an issue. . Makes me think theres some other lack of equipment
