Full Fibre 500 but slow WiFi upstairs

We recently had Full Fibre 500 installed and the WiFi upstairs in all rooms is slower than ever before. It's frustrating as my partner goes on call and we rely on WiFi calling so he struggles to receive calls during the night due to slow or no WiFi upstairs

@Emmab159 have you swapped from a black Sky hub to the new white Sky Max hub with your upgrade? If you have has the hub been moved due to the location of the ONT? Do you have Sky Q boxes with the black hubs these acted as wifi hotspots which are lost with the white hub?
