Frequent loss of internet

Good afternoon, since the storm which hit Scotland over a week ago I have constantly lost connection to the WiFi and Internet in my home. As I have sky stream this means I do not have access to tv that I pay a significant amount of money per month for. It also means I am hotspotting from my phone if working from home so I can ensure a stable connection. This needs to be rectified immediately as Skys promise was that the Internet would be constant and backed up. Can you please contact me as soon as possible to resolve. Kind Regards, Dave Lindsay

No one will (or can) contact you as the result of your post. We are customers on here. Sky won't know who you are as your Community log-in is not linked to any Sky accounts. Give Sky a call to see if they've had an update from Openreach.
