The router is not showing the internet light and at times it comes back as amber then green then again it goes off . The device has been reset twice before with the help of sky helpline . Still problem persists now its becoming pain

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

When the lights goes off the test shows no service available tried these yesterday .Now the internet is working but we never know when it goes off
