Free upgrade to full fibre,

I received a what's app to say I could upgraded to sky full fibre foc, but the system could not book an appt, so I rang sky to HR advised there was an issue with my account and it would be passed to the back team?? Nothing on my account and no phone calls yet????

@Slloyd99 Not an instant to do that, give it a couple off day's then you may have to call them back to see what is going on!
