Four green lights on router but no internet
Hi, woke up on Saturday morning unable to connect to internet. All lights on router are showing green. I've tried resetting it multiple times but nothing is working.
Engineer is due on Thursday
any advice would be appreciated

@Iamjordan the faxt all 4 lights are green means the hub is connected to Sky's servers. Quite why you cannot connect is strange to say the least. If you have restarted the hub it is not a simple glitch.
Are your devices showing an IP address in the range 192.168.0.2 to 192.168.0.254 in their network properties. If they are are can you link to the hub by typing 192.168.0.1 into a browser?
