Forced to switch to BT

Hello,

A lady from BT has knocked on my door and forced me to switch to BT as apparently sky will no longer work in my area. They also wanted me to provide my bank details which i did not give as it seemed very suspicious. Later on I received an email from Sky that my account is being cancelled, i am very frustrated and want to stay with Sky so please do not cancel my broadband.

@Dmak21Give Sky a call and request they stop the transfer as you did not allow this to happen.
