For the past two weeks my WiFi and sky tv loses signal and it’s doing this a few times a day

For the past two weeks the box keeps losing signal so we lose internet and tv 

the lights all flash amber and  it lasts for a few mins each time 

this is happening more and more each day 

and more so at night

@Caz36 there have been quite a few. Similar reports almost certainly linked to the recent bad weather. To get youbsome help I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
