@WindowFinn_  if the router is power cycling Sky would have to send you a replacement router. Do you have any way to try it in another socket if it goes down again. Just to rule this out?

Ok - so it literaly just happened (and came back), and I notcied that the power light went red, with all the other lights out.

@WindowFinn_  Sounds like you have a duff router I would contact Sky and ask for a replacement.
