Fluctuating wifi signal in house

Hi I've got fibre bb with sky. I use fast.com to test speeds and it can range from 1.3mbps to 62mbps within minutes.

My miniboxes sometimes go to blue screen, my phone wifi needs to be switched off so I can use data to update winternet and dome apps. As well as prime TV sometimes doesn't load in some rooms.

Can anyone give me pointers please?
