Flashing orange lights

Why can’t I speak to anyone within sky without costing me money? I’m already paying for the broadband that doesn't work. Can someone please help get it working. There are four lights. The 2nd and 4th random old start flashing orange for 5 minutes and we loose internet then suddenly they're good again. It happens about 5 times an hour making the internet unusable. I've done all the tests and they say there's no problem

@No+internet11

Are you able to post your hub stats while the internet is up

Also if you run tests from your my sky app using 4g/5g data if it picks up an external fault it should let you book an engineer

@No+internet11  Looks like you'll need to call Sky.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
