Flashing orange light in sky hub and no internet

After a series of delays from sky today I finally got my internet connected, but I'm still not online all I've got is a intermittent flashing orange light (internet light). It's a brand new hub and the phone line has been checked by open reach. Has anyone got any ideas on what's going on?
thanks

@Chrispow1987When was your broadband connected by Openreach and when was supposed to be your activation date?

If someone has helped give them Like.

@Chrispow1987 You need to check with Sky but if the work was done today, Sunday, you have to allow a few hours for the connection to be fully completed. Openreach rarely do work on domestic lines over the weekend so Sky may simply not have done their end and technically that can be completedd any time up to midnight.. If still off this afternoon give Sky a call to see if they can see whats wrong but you may have to wait until tomorrow when they should have been sentvthe engineer's report.
