Flashing green light (slow)

Had no internet for c. 12 hours and box is flashing slow green light. 
Have sky hub max (white box) and OTN has full set of green lights 

WiFi connection works, just no internet. 
Have turned off and on both the broadband and OTN via their separate plugs, all OTN lights come back on but sky hub just goes back to blinking green light. 

Any suggestions? How do I solve this challenge? Or is this something I'm going to need a sky engineer?

@HJCButtery if the light has not gone white by this morning call Sky as your connection has not been made correctly.
