Firestick wi fi good but no internet connection

Ive just plugged in my firestick and selected my sky wifi and entered the password.  It shows a green tick and wifi connected  very good service and underneath a red cross saying not connected to the internet.  Many thanks.

I presume this has nothing to do with Q?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Try disabling Sky Shield
