Finding the incredible employee I spoke to

I phoned Sky recently, quite irate with my recent internet problems.  Every other broadband company I've been with prior has been awful and either could not fix it, or tried to push me into buying a better and far more expensive package.  To my surprise, this lovely man talked me through everything and tried several methods for over an hour -- and it actually worked!!  I asked if there was somewhere I could leave him a review, but I've not gotten a link through my email 😞

 

Does anyone know how I can find who I spoke to, and if there's some kind of account tool that allows me to leave this kind man a glowing review? This is exactly the kind of person I've always wished to have helping me through such issues lol.
