Finally got my router but its the SR213 and there's no app controls

Basically the router I was waiting for finally came from sky and its the white SR213 router, turns out it was quite delayed so didn't have to contact sky to get a new one in the end.  But once I connected it up today and went to check to see if the sky app had any options it does not and also 1571 does not work either ( Yes I am paying extra for it 😄 ).  Thankfully the WAN/LAN performance is much better than the SR203 so it's at least solved one problem for me but its opened up two more.  What do you guys think I should do?

The Sky app can take 24-48hrs to populate with the new areas for your hub

Okey doke, phone's gone down now so I do wonder whats happening, also it shows on the account page that I have the 4.2 router not the white one

Not gonna lie, returning to sky has been alot more painful than expected 😄
