Films keep stopping and the circle ⭕️ keeps going round and round and sits at 98% for a few minutes

The film stops playing stays at 98%buffering then after 2-4 mins it kicks back in and film starts playing again this is so annoying especially as I've paid for the fire optic to be Attatched to my house and it's still playing up

@Deborahfoote increasing speed of broadband to your hub does not cause the WiFi speeds to increase as the signal strength depends on the layout and type of construction of your home. It sounds like you need some form of WiFi extender. Sky will supply those if you pay for their WiFi Max bundle see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
