If, as we suspect, it's a monthly database refresh, then anything between one and thirty days is possible.

That makes sense, I was being a bit naive thinking if I was updated by Openreach then it would be generally available. Thanks all for helpful comments.

Just to fill you in with more details, we booked our FFTP on the 30th January to go live on the 13th February, however I recieved a text from Sky to say they'd brought that forwards to the 9th. Today OR have turned up and are connecting the overhead fibre from the pole outside to the house.
So far everything is going well and I hope yours does to.

We've watched a succession of Openreach and Kelly vans at the house opposite us over the past few weeks, where it appears they are having similar issues in actually locating the alleged 'UG Feed' as we did (probably not helped because sometime after its build in the 80s their plot has subsequently become a sea of tarmac rather than any garden at all)
At least with Overhead Feed the potential issues are rather more visible.
