Over the last 2-3 weeks we are experiencing numerous problems with our broadband, we have fibre to property, lately images will not preload on websites and take a lifetime to update on scrolling, problems with downloading programs on sky tv, and just generally really poor, we now can't get signal in the back rooms of the house either. Of course everything looks perfect via the sky app when you run checks, however when checking speeds online it can be as low as 20mbps, sometimes below 1, but, on the sky app it's always showing 500 which is not correct. I cannot seem to be able to contact anyone at sky, it's all auto divert to pages and no agents on live chat it just reroutes to help pages.
If anyone has any ideas? Myself and my partner work from home and need fast reliable Internet connection.
