Fibre to Premises not showing for my house but other in the street

When I search fibre availability numbers 1-27 can order fibre to the premises however numbers above this (and our house, which has a house name) are only being offered ultrafast broadband with speed around 15mbps. 

Is this likely to be correct as cant see why half the road could get fibre to premises but other half cant? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you. Here is the image. Sky offers others on the street speeds of 60+ but we are capped at around 15mbps.

Are you referring to full fibre fttp or vdsl fttc .

Could you post the same table for a house number you know has faster speeds
