Fibre not letting apps on phone load
So we have just upgraded to sky fibre, we have also just had new phones, when in the house in wifi some apps including mysky won't load up, or even let videos play. When I toggle off WiFi and onto 5g then all works. Really annoying! I have changed age of sky shield and still won't work properly! Any help would be gratefully reciaved

@Bazkeegan the changecto the Shield settings is not instant but should be in place within 24 hours.

Re: Fibre not letting apps on phone load
I changed the age last week to 18+ and nothing has changed to help me, so have removed it all together to see what happens! Here's hoping!
