Fibre not installed as there is a blockage i got told off the installer that it would be today.

I got fibre installed in my house yesterday, but they couldn't finish as there was a blockage on the main road were the fibre connects to they said it would be fixed today so I can use my new connection but I haven't heard anything about it.

As in your other post, no-one here has that information, and Sky only knows if Openreach tells them.  Getting permission and assembling logistics for roadway work may take weeks at a minimum
