Fibre not connected ONT flashing Since 11th October

We had a Fibre instal last Friday 11th - and the engineer left and said it would take between 1hr & 24hrs to activate ....  I have a flashing light {ONT - I think is the term} and no connection ... Called Sky Tuesday - no further forward. Not even - we will get an engineer out etc basically no help whatsoever ... left the call no further forward

 

I got a message on mobie on Saturday 12th saying : Sorry we could't complete your installation. Someone will be in touch soon  - no one did get in touch or has - hence why I called on tuesday

 

Has anyone had this issue with a fresh/new instal or can anyone shed some light on next steps
