Fibre internet is really poor - Download speed running at 0.3 but the checker says everything is ok!

We just changed our internet to fibre and a package suitable for gaming. However, the internet cannot handle being on a Teams call and searching on LinkedIn at the same time. There are no other devices running, but the internet is really slow and struggling to run a basic video call.

I have  full fibre broadband to the property gigafast broadband speed 900mps  and i have never had any issues i use zoom through  the sky live camera  app on my 55inch sky glass tv aswell

In fact i have a 55inch sky glass tv gen 1, a 55inch gen 2 sky glass tv, sky live camera, puck, Xbox  lg 43inch  smart tv, freesat box,laptop, pc, tablet, 3 alexers, 3 mobile phones, and a smart meter
