Fibre broadband installed yesterday now my landline phone doesn't work

Is the phone plugged into the back of the hub or a mastersocket

The phone goes into the same phone socket on the wall as the hub

What fibre do you have . Fibre to the cabinet or fibre to the premises?

all plugs are in situe but no phone when i pnone a number i get number not reconised although i know thr number is correct
