Re: Fibre installed and internet worse
I think you may be confusing the broadband connection and wifi - they are two seperate things. Fibre is the broadband connection that comes into you home and connects to the router. The router then provides wifi connectivity to devices in your home. The wifi is usually where problems occur as walls, furniture, distance from the router, etc. all degrade the signal and cause connectivity issues, especially the further away from the router you go.
Since you have upgraded to Fibre, did you get a new router? If so is it the "Max" router? Is the new router located in the same spot as your previous router?
This information will assist members on here offer you help/suggestions to improve your wifi and therefore solve your problems but it is highly likely that you will need additional hardware to get better wifi coverage to all rooms.
