Fibre connection down since approx 4pm today (Clare area)

Fibre connection is down since approx 4pm today, we're in west Clare, is anyone else experiencing the same issue? MySky diagnostics are not succeeding it keeps saying there's a problem with their tests and try again later. All the right lights are on on the ONT box but the sky hub shows no connection, I've tried many tests and restarts and double checked all connections (which weren't touched anyway) so I am sure the problem is external to the house.

There was a road traffic accident that damaged the west clare main line coming out of Lisseycasey and it's been down since.

Ah blast repairing a fibre line has gotta be difficult I imagine they have to pull the whole cable up and lay a fresh one between the exchanges, hopefully it's done today some time

@NCAC You can only hope, if it's a 100 core fibre cable then time is what it takes to get it all done!
