Fibre broadband slow 3 hrs after downgrading sky tv package

2nd time to downgrade our sky TV package, 2nd time the broadband has slowed right down. 

21years with Sky and can't get the same deal as a new customer joining! Downgrade package and told if I take items off I won't get as good a deal if I want to add them back on 🙄

Anyone else noticed a big difference in the speed of their broadband when they've downgraded to basic TV package on a sky q box?

@Sok1 did you have Sky Q mini boxes before? If you did and dropped the Multiroom pack as part of the downgrade those boxesxwould stop acting as wifi hotspots.
