Fibre broadband = utter rubbish. My internet goes off for days approximately every 2 weeks for a a few days. Numerous calls to sky and paying for extra data on my phone resulted in £20 credit being put on my already over expensive bill. As a customer of 14 years this service is unacceptable. And I can't cancel as they tell me I'm in a contract until March 2024. How is this fair?
