Fibre broadband and sky talk dropping connection

Hello
For some reason, my fibre broadband keeps dropping its connection. It seems to last around 10 minutes and then comes back on again. This happens every morning, then the connection is stable all day, then sometimes at dusk. When it happens, the lights on my fibre box change. See photos. I have tried turning everything off and on again and it doesn't seem to help.
