Hi everyone, can anyone help me before I go to Technical support as it might be something easy? I had Fibre installed just over two weeks ago and the speed is great but I have had to turn the router off and back on 3 times now over the two weeks as my WIFI stops working. The WIFI dropped out last night, all the lights on the ONT was green, my Sky Q hub (SR203) lights was all green and the ethernet connections worked fine, just no WIFI.
When the WIFI dropped the second time I reset the hub using the reset button and everything was ok for a week then the WIFI dropped again last night. The hub is about 6 years old.
Can anyone offer any advice of any settings to look at/change or is it time for a new hub?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf rebooting the router always resolves the issue then it suggests you may have a faulty one. It may be best to call Sky and report it that way so they can send out a replacement
