Fibre 150 fitted. Ring doorbell will now not work
Had fibre 150 fitted recently, all connections seem fine except for my Ring doorbell, which cannot connect to the WiFi. It did briefly pick up the new Sky wifi signal when I was setting it up again, but dropped out again saying 'weak signal' and hasn't been able to even find my Sky wifi on the network search since. Had no problems with connection with the Sky broadband (which the Fibre replaced). Can you please advise?
