@Linzi57 First of all you are not talking to Sky, this is a community based forum mainly run by customers like yourself.
What have you tried to find the fault on your broadband connection so far?
If you have found this solution helpful please tick this as the answer.

Re: Fed up with interest forever dropping out many times a day
@Linzi57 In case you're not aware this isn not a direct contact for Sky Support, we are all customers here and replies are not immediate, you'll need to wait for any help to be provided.
First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
43" Glass TV & Puck Whole Home
Please note I only provide help on the main forums and not via PM, PM's are switched off.
Samsung 75" 4K TV, Sky Glass Gen 2 55", Sky Stream, EE FTTC Broadband, Three 5G Broadband (Backup), Sony 7.1 AV Receiver, Technisat MultiSat receiver.
