Since my switch to full fibre instigated by Sky, the streaming service in my house is rubbish, constant error messages, weak WiFi around the house and generally just disappointing, I constantly restart the router and TV s but repeatedly get the same problem, I am at a loss to understand it. Help!!!!!

@Hillytwo often thecswitch to fibre means the hub will have been moved which can affect the WiFi signal levels in other rooms. Ideally the hub should be as central as possible on a surface so it is out in the open above obstructions like radiators. If you need a longer cable to connect the hub to the ONT unit you can buy a srandard Ethernet cable. There sre other possible causes if you have Sky Q tv boxesxand now have a white Sky hub.
However the best advice is to get a booster which can come as part of he WiFi Max package see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
