False reading on WiFi. WiFi still not at guaranteed speed.
Reported an issue with my WiFi today, 19th Feb. We reset everything on the phone and confirmed it was working again via a call back from yourselves. Since then, I've had another issue, I think the router is faulty. It was back down to a download speed of 20+ around this time. please can we order a another router?
