Update - should recieved one from Sky yesterday (15th) but nothing. 

 

Had a follow up text after last chat asking for me to rate them - that was fun 😞 

 

So far all dissapointed and let down. Wife suffest cancelling Sky and going back to Virgin, as a new customer. This option is becomming more enticing as every day passes.
