Hi
i had an engineer out today to fix a problem with my WiFi dropping out in certain rooms. He was very nice , but he seems to of moved the issue from one part of my house to another part. I have run the checks using the app which says it's fine but it blatantly isn't working fine. Are you able to book an engineer to fix this please

@Ashleymorcom Welcome to the forum, please be aware that you are not contacting Sky customer support here, the forum is manned mainly by fellow customers.
If you are still experiencing the same issue(albeit now in a different part of the house) you will have to call Sky to rebook an engineer visit.

@Ashleymorcom What has changed, and why is it blatantly not working now you have had the change!
No problem, if you wish to continue with sky for assistance, then you just have to call them again!
