Thats why i would like to see the info in "more about your connection" after you run the test. At the minute your stats don't really show anything untoward. Your noise margin at just over 3db is as good as you'll get

We would like to see what it says now. Guarantees can change due to line conditions etc that are not viable to repair

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@MrsLG12 The router stats suggest that 50mbps isn't achievable on your line, there is little the forum users can suggest other than call Sky and see what they say as it doesn't appear that you have a fault.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@daveNOS there defo something wrong. Noise margins fine but line attenuations a bit high for a 50Mbps guarantee. Scratching my head
You could call sky on 150 from a sky landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone
Or if in Ireland
Call sky ireland on
08.185.00.27.2
Remove all the full stops
Or we can escalate
