I called last Saturday to upgrade phone
and there was a red band block stopping me from broad band Saturday some one said they were gonna call me back on Tuesday or Wednesday between nine and 10 and didn't Tuesday and Wednesday I spoke to someone and they said they will ring me back the next day. They lifted the broadband red band Wednesday and Thursday somebody said they were gonna call me back Thursday between 11 and 12 and didn't and now we're on Friday it's nearly week since I tried to start upgrading my phone because the broadband issue even though it's been taken off it was failing to go through you need to read my notes before you call me
