I am having trouble setting up Port Forwarding, and one suggestion I read was to reset the hub and reinstall the MySky app, however I have factory reset the hub today and now when I go into MySky app and Product Settings the Sky Max hub is no longer showing so I cannot go into the options I need to use via the app.
I have tried the various reset options in trouble shooting, like reset the gateway, then reset Wi Fi and Router modules etc, no difference
Any suggestions to fix this?

@Noopy66 there is an issue with the app showing the Sky Max details which us under investigation which is likely to be the cause of your issue

@Noopy66 there is an issue with the app showing the Sky Max details which us under investigation which is likely to be the cause of your issue
