Today is the first day we installed sky router. We are able to connect to our mobile with the WiFi but facing issues to connect to our Samsung smart TV.
Tried resetting network in the TV
Tried with WPS
No luck.
please advice what to do.

If that's a white Sky Max Hub you may need to use the administration settings in the My Sky app to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK.
