Sky+hd hub. Facebook pix and comments on the Times articles no longer load after 14 years with Sky, but they do if I am connected to virginmedia no problem

Thanks, that works, but I am a bit nervous about disabling skyshield, so I shall do it as and when I want to!

Sky+HD is a Sky TV set top box. Do you mean your broadband Hub?

You may need to disable Sky Shield.
