Extremely slow internet connection and drop outs

On full fibre having chaged from the old cable system. Had nothing but issues. Now internet pages usually take three attempts to load and when they do, are slower than the old dial up network. TV keeps losing signal and Q boxes keep falling out. 

Keep reseting system but does not help. According to Sky site, no problems with supply, but this could not be further from the truth.

Same here, not full fibre but more than fast enough to load simple pages. I had to refresh the page to type out this comment as the connection timed out and the content box disappeared 🤣

Supposedly 76 Mb/s going to the box which is just blatantly false.

It works perfectly, then just dips to absolutely nothing/dial up, then back to perfectly functional.
