Extremely slow broadband connection

Morning my broadband connection is extremely slow this morning. Having ran speed tests it is ranging between 3.5 to 8Mbps download speed.

 

I'm struggling to work as a result. Could this please be looked at.

 

when running the usual service checker it states nothing is wrong

Have you tried unplugging your hub for 10mins?
