Expectations

Can the community sky has directed me to please explain if my expectations of reliable broadband and wifi were unrealistic when I moved to them? I've asked a couple (many) agents to assist/explain/escalate, unfortunately it seems that I wasn't clear on what I was asking them. And sadly declared unproductive by the agent, they'd had a really trying day which they seemed to suggest was being exacerbated by my contacting them. Sad times. Two hubs in, multiple complaints lodged and no response from sky. Any suggestions for support other than be glad of cooling off period?

You cancelled your Sky id so itis pretty pointless replying but if you want hrlp improving your internet connection you sre going to have give more detail. It can be complicated optimising connectivity and it requires effort by the customer there is only so much Sky can realistically do.
