good morning, I still don't have internet connection at home. I've been waiting since December 21st. in addition, I received a message about completing the documents sent by e-mail, which I also did not receive. I am escalating your post to a Sky team who support the forum who will invite you onto a online chat session through the forum the chat will be in English. Keep an eye on the forum as the team will add a chat icon onto the pages when they pick up the message.
