Forum members are customers like yoursef but we can often help with isdues like yours which sounds like low wifi signal levels. In msny houses including my own a single wifi hub Sky gives outvis insufficent to provide uszble wifi in every room. Ibought my iwn set up but you msy prefer to pay Sky for their WiFi Max add-on see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
