Everyone the electric drops my box goes on red light and I cannot re-set it. Why is that?

I have a red lighton my box, tried to re-set it and nothing works. This is not the first time time it happened. The service checker says all is good.

Red light on the router

Every time electric drops my light on the box goes red, I cannot re-set it after that. Is it a faulty box?

@EVO82 most hubs should automaticallt reconnect after a power outage when they have fully rebooted which takes up to 5 minutes. Routers are delicate pieces of equipment and can be damged by power surges around power cuts which could be the issue.

Given Sky's hubs are designed to run 24/7 this should be a rare occurance which if it is happening frequently isxwhy is the powercdropping?
