The most common cause of Zoom calls failing is a poor connection to the device from the hub especially common if you use WiFi. WiFi signal strength is affected by the layout of your home, how it is built and lastly the level of interference. Apart from moving closer to the hub and checking the hub is out in the open and away from anything blocking its signal there is not much more you can do without spending money.
Sky can sell you an add-on bundle explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or you can buy third party wifi kit. However if working from home if at all possible use an ethernet cable especially if using video conferencing or a company VPN as that is far more stable connection.
